Hello Mindful Minutes! Today it’s all about Hip Relief! This is Part 1 of 2 creating some mobility and extension in the hips, so they can get moments of activity and stretch throughout the seated work day. •
You’ll hear me say EXTENSION, and I meant to say FLEXION (brain moments 🙄)… when we sit our hips are in flexion (moving towards the body), so it’s important to add movement to this area of the body to help seek balance in how our bodies move. •
Remember to sit up tall, engage your core and move with your breathe! Take the time to feel what’s happening in your body. Take the time to notice how you feel before and after each movement. I think you’ll be pleasantly surprised. •
