The best way to keep your feet happy is to give them specific attention on a regular basis. This Mindful Minute coming at you today is Part 2/4 for the FEET. In this practice we’ll focus on a great stretch for the outside and inside of the ankle.
It’s a great way to begin the day, continuing throughout the day while seated, and even a great way to end the day to induce relaxation with focus of movement and breath.
You can also take the practice and couple it with Part 1 for an excellent way to warm the feet and lower body for any activity you choose for the day.
